As beings of this earth, we are constantly exposed to our environment and that means other people and other people’s negative energies. Here are 5 Ways to Protect Yourself from Psychic Attacks:
1. Burn Sage
Sage has a cleansing effect on your body and the environment. It has long been used by Native Americans to drive away negative spirits and is still being used today to cleanse our homes and our minds, body, and spirit.
White sage is best used for burning and clearing. You can buy it at a health food store or at Chinese medical shops.
At dusk, around 6 pm, burn white sage and brush the smoke around your body. While you’re doing this, concentrate on the banishing of negative energy and say a mantra out loud. You can say “Release this negative energy from my body,” or “protect me from energies that are harming me.”
2. Cord Cutting
Here is an example of a psychic attack that was unintentional: Mary was promoted to the position she’s always wanted at work. She was earning better, had a great personal life, and everything was going well in her life.
However, she was feeling depressed, angry, and exhausted. She didn’t realize at the time that her sister, who was living with her, was envious of her success. So no matter what was happening to her, there was this negative energy that was causing her the negative emotions she was feeling despite everything else being great in her life.
Mary decided to move out of the apartment she was sharing with her sister, and practiced “Cord Cutting.” Cord-cutting is done to cut the attachment Mary had with her sister. She imagined a cord that was connecting her to her sister and with an imaginary pair of scissors, she cut the cord that tied them together and thus, released her from the negative energy that was attacking her.
So basically, cord-cutting is an act where we use the cord as a symbol that connects us with someone who may be unintentionally harming us with a psychic attack. By cutting this cord, we are freeing ourselves from their negative energy.
3. Nightmare Management
Many psychic attacks occur in our dreams (meaning of your dreams) and take the form of nightmares or night terrors. We can stop this from happening by creating a safe and peaceful routine before we sleep.
