Not everyone will always agree with you. Do not take it as a tease, but rather accept it as an opinion. With that said, dictating is not the only way to lead, there is also persuasion. Different view points should be taken as a great benefit to improve the existing ideas.
You can be loud and obnoxious, but in a very right sense of the way. Your innate sense of justice prevents you from silently observe the injustice happening, speaking up is the natural reflex obviously. And as progressive individual, full of idealism, you persuade with your intellect and generosity. Sometimes it all comes down to people not taking you seriously as it all sounds like a bit to idealistic in a way, but taking action rather than constant communication of what your idea is, will make things happen.
Rejecting your ideas does not mean same as rejecting you. Developing resilience to take criticism and turn it into beneficial and productive aspect will help lift up self-esteem. If you succumb to criticism, than self-esteem can be affected quite badly.
You have a wonderful imagination, your burning desire to change future and right the wrongs in the world, it all turns into visions you wish to implement, but than you also have a tendency to exaggerate things. Which is not a bad thing, is just that with being so opened and spontaneous, it sometimes feels like listening to surreal scenarios, and you come across as quite naive. That is the reason sometimes rejections happen, but is basically a rejection of the idea you present, not you.
Your ability to identify solutions to problems is remarkable, and that also makes you much more noticeable. But make sure you think through your plans as if you do not your great communication skills which you would normally use to persuade your supporters, might not run so smooth. When others start to find faults, and they will as not everyone is as focused on solutions as you are, than things might get a few setbacks, and you hiding behind the wall of cynicism does not help you much in that aspect either.
You need to understand if you do not take time and think things through and present the world with some firm and executable solutions, where you can lead as example by taking actions, people can not just jump on board and accept your quick -fix solutions, no matter how remarkable they are.
Take those setbacks as a constructive criticism you can implement as your improvements. There are many ways to reaching your goal of greater good, but you just need to accept there will always be difference of opinions. It is just how world works. Make sure you don’t take it personally.
You do not like enforcing rules, you like to help people but you will not submit to any limiting on your part if you do not believe it to be right. Your commitment and determination to improve what you see fault is a great potential to make the world a better place.
Your idealism in everything can make for some very hard to rise up to criteria. In relationship you need to learn to let your partner be your partner. Allow them to use their own imagination and ideas. Let them bring their own visions and ideals to the plate. Take it as improvement of your union. If you are unable to adapt you tend to become bitter.
You do not have issues with following healthy diet and exercise routines. You actually excel at it. The problem arises at times when you feel out of your comfort zone, when people lift your stress levels with critics. Make sure at those times you pay even more attention to your health goals. But in general you can benefit from relaxing the stress with different techniques such as meditation or tai-chi, or in more simple ways just going outside getting some fresh air and relaxing in nature.
First of all, the way you know how to paint a picture with words, you would make for an excellent writer or storyteller, I guess same goes for the role of actor. Do not go for routine works, as those are for sure not suited for you, as you do not like rules. But you would also make a good politician, teacher or lecturer. You would also be great in anything you set your mind to doing it on your own, self-employed. As you like thinking and stepping out of the box think alternative medicine or humanitarian work as something you would be great at as well.
